Returns & Exchanges


Returning Store Purchases

In-Store returns can be made at any Sharon Luggage location. We will accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused and include all applicable packing materials & tags.
  • The return must be made with-in 90 days of purchase.
  • Return must be accompanied by original receipt. Please note that exchange receipts or gift receipts do not count as original receipts.

Returning Online Purchases

We accept returns of online purchases that meet the following criteria: 

  • The item must be unused and include all applicable packing material and tags.
  • The return process must be completed within 60 days of the original purchase date.
  • The return must include the original packing slip or a note with order details that includes the order number. (The order number is included with your packing slip and on confirmation emails.)

Once the item is received, your return will be processed within 3 business days and your refund will be issued in the same manner that your payment was accepted.

Returning or Exchanging Online Purchases in Store

We are happy to accept the return or exchange of merchandise in our stores. To complete an in-store exchange you must bring a copy of your packing list. Our stores will be unable to process an online exchange or return without a packing slip. We will be able to offer an exchange credit for the total of the merchandise, less shipping.
