In need of luggage repairs? We're happy to help! From zipper pulls to stitching to new wheels, we can assist in giving your luggage a new lease on life.
Just stop by one of our locations and we'll be happy to assist you with getting your bag repaired. While we do not perform repairs in our stores, we do have a dedicated repair center right here in North Carolina, so many repairs can be taken care of in just a few days!

Not just any part will work!
It may surprise many people, but luggage wheels, grips, and other parts are not interchangeable. Because of this, we are unable to simply sell replacement parts. Why?
- Parts are rarely interchangeable. There are no "Generic" parts for bags. Even parts such as screws may be designed to be a specific diameter and length for specfic bags.
- Replacing parts often requires specialized tools.
- Replacing parts on your own will likely void your warranty.
Some exceptions & exclusions:
While we can assist you with many repairs, there are some that we may be unable to assist you with. This may be due to lack of parts, warranty requirements, or other factors.

Paragon, the parent company of Andiamo and Pathfinder, is no longer in business. This means that we are unable to obtain any parts to repair these bags. While we may be to assist with small repairs like minor stitching or replacing zipper tabs, we will not be able to provide all repair services for these bags. If you have questions about these repairs let us know.
Samsonite

Samsonite Luggage, and their sister company American Tourister, must be repaired by an authorized factory repair center. We can not repair these items as it is possible to void your warranty with unauthorized repairs. For more information, please check the Samsonite Store Finder.
TravelPro
In order to maintain your warranty, all TravelPro items must be repaired by a factory authorized repair center. To find the repair center nearest you, please visit the TravelPro Repair Center Locator.
Wenger

While it can be confusing for many people, there are actually two different companies that refer to themselves as Swiss Army. Victorinox is the maker of the Original Swiss Army Knife and we're happy to help you with repairs for their items. Wenger also manufactures some items as 'Swiss Army,' 'Swiss Military,' or 'Swiss Gear'. We are not able to repair Wenger items and they do not carry the same warranties that Victorinox items carry.
